What I offer

1 on 1

We will customize a workout for you based on your goals and current fitness levels. During our first session we will identify areas of need such as mobility, strength, or endurance limitations. We will then integrate specific exercises into your program which will improve these areas of need. The customized workouts will help you get stronger, while decreasing your chance of injury!


Group

Group training sessions are available for 2-4 people which will consist of fun, functional, upbeat workouts that are customized to the needs of the group.

Please contact me for any inquiries regarding groups of 5 or more people.


In-home

Not enough time to make it to the gym? No problem! You can a great workout from the comfort of your own home with minimal equipment! Together we can develop a workout program that coincides with your current level & the equipment you have at your disposal!

In-home Q&A:

  • How do I start? Must book a free 30 minute consultation to meet in person at one of my gym locations.

  • How far do you travel? I am willing to travel to your home located anywhere in Hennepin County.

  • Is there a travel fee? The travel fee will be included in the rate.

  • What equipment do I need? No equipment is required however the more equipment you have the more diverse the workout can be. I am willing to transport minimal equipment if needed.

  • What is the minimal square footage required? Roughly around 12 x 12 open area.
